Missy Treutel Schmidt

An English teacher by profession, having taught in public, private and parochial schools, Missy recently retired as Development Director for Archangel Radio, an EWTN-affiliated radio station, located in Fairhope, Alabama.
In 2010, Missy was instrumental in forming the leadership team that would ultimately help to make Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration a reality at Christ the King Catholic Church in Daphne, AL. She currently serves as Christ the King Blessed Sacrament Chapel coordinator, organizing over 800 weekly guardians and substitutes praying perpetually before the Lord.
Missy was awarded the Christ the King medal by the Archdiocese of Mobile in 2020 for her work with the chapel.
Missy and her husband, Deacon Ted, have been happily married since 1985 and have been blessed with five children and six grandchildren…with more on the way!

Kathryn Hayeks White

Kathryn and her husband Larry White have been married for 47 years (yes, they were high school sweethearts!), both having grown up in Omaha, Nebraska.
Arriving in Alabama in 1986, Kathryn has been active in many capacities in the Cursillo movement of the Archdiocese of Mobile, serving as rectora in 2011, as well as in prolife ministries.
Kathryn served as VBS coordinator for several years at St Bartholomew in Elberta, AL, and currently leads the Blessed Francis Seelos prayer group at St Lawrence Catholic Church in Fairhope, AL.
She has also served as a CCD teacher, adult formation class facilitator, renew facilitator, lector and Mass vocalist.
In her spare time, Kathryn, a gifted artist, enjoys studying art, teaching about art, and sharing her artwork with others.
Kathryn and Larry have three grown children and four grandchildren.
